Where do I fax my prescription?

Since these are medical products, what is your return policy?
Pulse oximeters are FDA regulated devices and can only be sold as new once. Please be sure of what you are purchasing prior to ordering. If you have any questions please email or call us prior to making your purchase, we are happy to assist you in any way that we can. All sales are final. Damaged or defective items may be returned for exchange for a period of 30 days. Beyond the 30 day period all products are covered by the remaining manufacturers warranty. Should you ever need warranty assistance you may contact us or you may contact the manufacturer directly. Buyer must contact PulseOxSales.com for a RMA number prior to returning any item for exchange.
